- Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors and SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Act as the main point of contact for all SuccessFactors and SAP related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement within the systems and make recommendations for streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise within the systems, working closely with IT and other relevant departments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and developments in the SuccessFactors and SAP platforms, and provide training and support to team members as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and implement new features and functionalities within the systems that align with business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the systems, conducting regular audits and making necessary updates.
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides for the SuccessFactors and SAP systems.
- Monitor system usage and provide regular reports on system performance and utilization to management.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all HR processes and policies, and assist in the development and implementation of new processes as needed.
Extensive Knowledge Of Successfactors And Sap: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess In-Depth Understanding And Experience With Both Successfactors And Sap Systems. They Should Be Able To Navigate And Utilize The Various Modules, Including Employee Central, Performance And Goals, Compensation, And Learning Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Successfactors-Sap Super User, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting And Resolving System Issues. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Any System Errors Efficiently.
Previous Experience As A Super User: Previous Experience As A Super User In A Similar Role Is Highly Desirable. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Supporting The Implementation And Maintenance Of Successfactors And Sap Systems.
