- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key business opportunities and challenges.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient execution of strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and results.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential opportunities for the company.
- Act as a brand ambassador for H&R Block, promoting our mission, values, and services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Uphold high standards of ethical and professional conduct in all interactions and decisions.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Strategy Or Consulting Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Strategically And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Partners.
