
Senior Marketing Manager, eCRM

- Develop and implement a comprehensive eCRM strategy to drive customer engagement and increase ROI.
- Lead the planning and execution of all eCRM campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and SMS.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of eCRM initiatives.
- Continuously optimize eCRM campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCRM marketing to drive innovation and improve the customer experience.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to track the success of eCRM initiatives.
- Develop and manage the eCRM budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on eCRM, providing guidance and training to other team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance the eCRM program and leverage new opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in and support for eCRM initiatives.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the eCRM program, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay informed of competitor activity and market trends to inform eCRM strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Ecrm Strategy And Execution, Preferably In A Senior Or Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Email Marketing Best Practices, Including Segmentation, A/B Testing, And Automation.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data To Drive Decision Making And Measure Campaign Success.
Proven Experience In Developing And Managing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
