  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate design and construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  2. Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential project opportunities and assess their feasibility.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  5. Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  7. Coordinate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Mentor and guide project team members, providing support and direction as needed.
  12. Work closely with real estate and legal teams to ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
  13. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate design and construction.
  15. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management For Real Estate Development And Construction Projects

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Zoning Regulations, And Construction Industry Standards

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Stakeholders

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Completing Projects On Time And Within Budget, With A Focus On Quality And Safety Standards.
