We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Consultant to join our Landmark Software & Services team. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by providing technical expertise on our industry-leading software and services.   1. Provide technical expertise: The Technical Sales Consultant will be responsible for possessing a deep understanding of Halliburton's software and services and being able to effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to potential customers.
  2. Drive sales: The primary responsibility of the Technical Sales Consultant will be to drive sales by utilizing their technical knowledge and expertise to identify and pursue potential customers and opportunities.
  3. Maintain customer satisfaction: The Technical Sales Consultant will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any technical questions or concerns and providing ongoing support and assistance.
  4. Collaborate with team members: This role will require working closely with other members of the Landmark Software & Services team, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to achieve common goals and objectives.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: The Technical Sales Consultant will need to stay informed on industry trends and developments in order to effectively position Halliburton's software and services in the market.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations: The Technical Sales Consultant will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Halliburton's software and services.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: The Technical Sales Consultant will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means.
  8. Build and maintain relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be a key responsibility for the Technical Sales Consultant in order to drive sales and promote customer loyalty.
  9. Provide feedback and insights: The Technical Sales Consultant will be expected to provide valuable feedback and insights to the Landmark Software & Services team on customer needs, market trends, and competition.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Technical Sales Consultant At Halliburton Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Landmark Software And Services, As Well As Other Relevant Technical Competencies Such As Geology, Geophysics, And Reservoir Engineering.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Track Record Of Successful Sales In The Oil And Gas Industry, With A Focus On Landmark Software And Services. This Should Include A Demonstrated Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Close Deals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Key Point Of Contact Between Halliburton And Its Clients, A Technical Sales Consultant Must Have Exceptional Communication Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To A Non-Technical Audience And To Listen And Understand Clients' Needs And Concerns.
