Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Human Resources policies and procedures
2. Provide guidance to employees on a wide range of HR-related topics
3. Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding
4. Maintain employee records and files, including performance reviews and disciplinary action
5. Manage employee benefits and payroll administration
6. Monitor compliance with government regulations
7. Organize employee engagement activities and events
8. Provide support to managers and supervisors with employee relations issues
9. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive work environment
10. Analyze data and generate reports to track HR metrics
11. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
