
Area Loss Prevention Manager

- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to protect the company's assets and minimize shrinkage in all store locations within the designated area.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of store locations to identify potential security risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and educate store managers and team members on loss prevention best practices and procedures.
- Investigate and report any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches, and collaborate with appropriate departments to take necessary action.
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct investigations on suspicious activities or behaviors.
- Maintain accurate records of all loss prevention activities and incidents, and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Review and analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to loss prevention.
- Continuously evaluate and update loss prevention policies and procedures to stay ahead of potential threats and risks.
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations, HR, and finance to develop and implement company-wide loss prevention initiatives.
- Conduct training and workshops for store teams to promote a safe and secure work environment.
- Act as a role model and mentor for store teams, promoting a culture of safety and security throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Asset Protection
Strong Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management And Shrinkage Reduction
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Loss Prevention Strategies And Reducing Overall Loss
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates
