
Area Loss Prevention Manager

- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures across multiple store locations.
- Monitor and analyze store operations to identify potential risks and areas of improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other losses.
- Train and educate store employees on loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with store managers and corporate leaders to develop and implement security measures to protect company assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention to continuously improve company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain relationships with law enforcement and security agencies.
- Create and maintain accurate records and reports related to loss prevention activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any security or safety incidents in stores.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to identify and address any discrepancies.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems and surveillance equipment.
- Work closely with human resources to investigate and resolve any employee-related theft or fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage budgets for loss prevention initiatives.
- Lead and supervise a team of loss prevention associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Criminology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment
Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Surveillance, Inventory Control, And Investigations
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates
Familiarity With Local, State, And Federal Laws Related To Theft, Fraud, And Other Criminal Activities In A Retail Setting
