If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Area Manager at Harbor Freight Tools!As an Area Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple Harbor Freight Tools locations in a designated region. You will be responsible for driving sales, achieving financial targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships will be essential in effectively managing store teams and driving business growth.To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment. You should also possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.   1. Oversee the operations of multiple Harbor Freight Tools locations in a designated region.
  2. Drive sales and achieve financial targets for the designated region.
  3. Ensure exceptional customer experiences at all locations.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams, corporate leadership, and customers.
  5. Motivate and coach store teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations.
  8. Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback and support to store managers.
  9. Collaborate with corporate teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for the designated region.
  10. Train and onboard new store managers and provide ongoing development opportunities for store teams.
  11. Manage inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce shrink and improve profitability.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including corporate leadership, store teams, and customers.
  14. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  15. Maintain a high level of operational excellence and customer service standards across all locations.
  16. Travel to different locations within the designated region as needed.
  17. Ensure all locations are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  18. Hire, train, and develop store management teams.
  19. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and support for store managers.
  20. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Successful Area Manager At Harbor Freight Tools Should Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Tough Decisions When Necessary.
