Job Description

Harbor Freight Tools is looking for an experienced International Vendor Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for international business and an eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all vendor activities related to the development, implementation, and management of international business.The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience in international vendor management, strong communication skills, the ability to work with multiple cultures and languages, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a strategy for managing international vendors.
  2. Monitor all vendor activities related to international business and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Negotiate and execute contracts with international vendors.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with international vendors.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance of international vendors.
  6. Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for expanding international business operations.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to international vendor management.
  8. Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of international vendors.
  9. Provide timely feedback and recommendations for improving vendor performance.
  10. Resolve conflicts and disputes with international vendors in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on international vendor management.
  12. Stay up-to-date with changes in international business regulations.
