As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal department by assisting with real estate transactions and maintaining legal documents. - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for real estate transactions and cases.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
- Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other property documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic legal files and documents.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing correspondence and legal memos.
- Communicate with external parties, such as clients, attorneys, and government agencies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, court appearances, and other legal proceedings.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
- Monitor and track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to provide support and assistance as needed.
- Conduct due diligence and assist with the closing process for real estate transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with other legal projects and tasks as assigned by attorneys or management.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department, including answering phone calls and managing calendars.
A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In The Real Estate Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Laws And Regulations, Including Property Transactions And Contracts.
Proficiency In Legal Research And Drafting Legal Documents Related To Real Estate Transactions.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
Familiarity With Real Estate Closing Processes And Experience Coordinating With Clients, Attorneys, And Other Parties Involved In Real Estate Transactions.
