Region HR Generalist

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented Region HR Generalist to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the HR operations for all stores in the assigned region, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be a key part of the HR team, providing support to all stores in the region by providing guidance and support on HR related matters.To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and be knowledgeable about the relevant state and federal employment laws. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required, as you will be expected to collaborate with store management, recruiters, and other stakeholders.The ideal candidate must also possess a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
