Artisan Baker
Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the bakery provides. Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the artisan bread counter. Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all artisan bread products, paying particular attention to ad items. Ensures the bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance. Delivers excellent customer service to all customers Follows precise recipes and techniques for the mixing, shaping, scoring and baking of Harmons’ artisan breads.
Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
Current Food Handler’s Permit
1 year of baking experience preferred
Enjoys working with and handling artisan breads and dough
Enjoys cooking and eating a variety of artisan bread products
Knowledge of baking procedures and times
