Barista - Bakery
The purpose of this position is to sell coffee and gelato items by providing remarkable customer service. Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the coffee/gelato bar provides. Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the coffee/gelato bar. Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items. Ensures the coffee/gelato bar and café area are cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance. Delivers excellent customer service to all customers. Prepares coffee and espresso drinks. Samples and serves gelato from the gelato freezer. Serves baked goods. Receives and stocks product for the coffee/gelato bar and café.
Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
Current Food Handler’s Permit
Must enjoy working with and handling coffee/gelato items
Passion for preparing, eating and drinking food and beverages, particularly coffee and gelato products
1 year of barista experience preferred
