Floral Designer

Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures. Ensures the quality and freshness of all floral arrangements prepared at the Floral Design Center. Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the Floral Design Center. Assists customers with placing orders online and over the telephone. Assists customers with large special orders including weddings and funerals. Assists the Floral Production Manager with new arrangement creation. Prepares floral arrangements according to Harmons “recipes” or to fit a custom order for customer. Responsible for cleaning, sweeping, removing trash from, and organizing floral design area. Assists with cleaning the rest of the Distribution Center as needed Assists with ordering of product. Delivers excellent customer service to all customers. Completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Sets a professional and positive example to others.
