The successful applicant will possess a keen eye for detail, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end luxury environment.To be considered for the Gemologist role at Harry Winston, applicants must possess a Graduate Gemologist (GG) diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or equivalent. Candidates who have additional certifications or advanced degrees in gemology, jewelry design, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.

- Identify natural and synthetic gemstones and assess their quality.
- Advise clients on gemstone selections and purchases.
- Ensure all gemstones are handled, stored, and displayed properly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date gemological records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in gemology and jewelry design.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote gemstones.
