
Business Process Manager - Sales
He/She will define and refine sales processes that improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins, with measurable results. Ongoingly, manage these processes for Global Sales. Improve our sales hygiene & forecasting processes. Implement a clear process and approach for data cleansing. Manage our file storage files/activities and ensure the processes are clear across our software, including our iCloud capabilities, Salesforce.com, and our internal systems. Evaluate business needs of GS Leaders, determine trends and propose solutions. Work with Senior Sales Enablement Manager to develop training/enablement to address needs identified.
3+ years with proven experience managing a sales support function
Must demonstrate a professional, engaged, curious and consultative nature and good judgment
Must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do attitude
