Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and creative Associate Project Manager, Merchandising to join Hasbro's team! As part of our Merchandising group, this individual will be responsible for managing product launches, analyzing market trends, and ensuring our merchandising initiatives are successful. The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for retail and merchandising.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and knowledge of the retail industry. Ideally, you have experience in retail merchandising or a related field. Responsibilities:

  • Manage product launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust merchandising initiatives accordingly.
  • Analyze retail performance and devise strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement merchandising plans for new or existing products.
  • Communicate with vendors and retailers to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for upper management.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all merchandising activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay informed of current trends.
