1. Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective fulfillment operations for North America.
2. Oversee and manage the operations team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Analyze and optimize current processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, supply chain systems, and process performance.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives.
7. Lead and inspire a high-performing team of fulfillment professionals.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Identify and implement innovative solutions to challenges in fulfillment operations.
10. Develop and update policies and procedures related to fulfillment operations.
