Game Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Game Designer to join Hasbro’s growing team! As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for developing new game concepts and mechanics, and for creating innovative game play experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for game design and a knack for creating unique and engaging experiences.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of game design principles and a track record of designing successful game experiences. Responsibilities:

-Develop new game concepts and mechanics with a focus on creating engaging and innovative game play experiences

-Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute successful game experiences -Identify game design trends and integrate them into game designs -Conduct design reviews and ensure that all game designs meet high quality standards -Gather feedback from players and use it to inform game design decisions -Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of game designs -Analyze and report on game performance and user engagement metrics -Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in game design
