AVP Physical Security

At HCA Healthcare, we are seeking an AVP Physical Security professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, compassionate, and self-motivated leader, possessing a deep understanding of physical security practices and protocols.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing physical security programs at all HCA Healthcare facilities. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining strategic plans, as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with vendors, police departments, and other stakeholders. They should be comfortable working with teams in both virtual and physical settings.To be successful in this role, the AVP Physical Security should have a minimum of five years of experience in physical security, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or a related field, and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification. The candidate should also have a proven track record of successful planning and implementation of physical security programs, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
