Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Product Analyst Intern to join our team at HCA Healthcare. This position is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and insight into our digital product and marketing strategies. As a Digital Product Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our product management and marketing teams to analyze customer feedback, competitive landscape, and product performance, and develop strategies to improve product performance.We are looking for a candidate who has a strong analytical background and an interest in working in a fast-paced product environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized and have the ability to multitask. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience in product analytics, market analysis, and customer research is also desired. Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools will be a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer feedback, competitive landscape, and product performance to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop strategies to improve product performance.
  3. Work closely with product management and marketing teams to ensure product goals are met.
  4. Utilize data tools and SQL to effectively analyze product performance.
  5. Create comprehensive data visualizations to present product performance analysis.
  6. Actively participate in product ideation sessions and meetings.
  7. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure product goals are being met.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on product performance and analysis.
  10. Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase product awareness.
