
EHR Support Analyst

A Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, and having prior experience with EHRs is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all aspects of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Analyze customer inquiries and complaints in order to identify root causes and develop solutions.
- Work with a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain EHR system performance to ensure optimal functioning.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of EHR processes.
- Train staff on the use of EHRs and other related systems.
- Identify and address any security risks associated with EHRs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for EHRs and related processes.
- Conduct periodic audits of EHR data to ensure accuracy.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in EHR technology and health care regulations.
