  1. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for new employees, providing them with information and resources to help them navigate through the onboarding process.
  3. Conduct new hire orientations and assist with the integration of new employees into their respective departments.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including IT, payroll, benefits, and training.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Respond to employee inquiries and troubleshoot any issues related to the onboarding process.
  8. Coordinate training and development programs for new employees to ensure a successful transition into their roles.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In Onboarding Or Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Federal And State Employment Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With All Levels Of Employees.

  • Proficient In Hris Systems And Other Software Programs, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Generate Reports For Hr Metrics.
