Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the implementation of Agile processes and Scrum methodology within the team, ensuring best practices are followed.
2. Work closely with the Product Owner and development team to ensure team collaboration, product delivery, and successful product launches.
3. Coach and mentor team members on Scrum methodologies and Agile processes.
4. Monitor and track the progress of the team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
5. Organize and facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
6. Identify and address any issues that may arise during the product development process.
7. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
8. Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders.
9. Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
10. Develop and implement strategies to increase team efficiency and productivity.
