Senior Meditech Product Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Meditech Product Analyst to join our team at HCA Healthcare. The successful candidate will be passionate about finding innovative solutions and will possess excellent problem-solving skills. This position requires a combination of technical and analytical acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Senior Meditech Product Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our Meditech products are running smoothly for our customers and colleagues and will be a key contributor to our team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a clinical operations environment and expertise in implementation and optimization of Meditech applications. In addition, the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. The Senior Meditech Product Analyst must have excellent organizational and customer service skills and must demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with project management and/or process improvement is also desired.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve Meditech products and applications
2. Work with customers and colleagues to ensure Meditech products are running smoothly
3. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics and provide regular reports on performance
4. Provide technical support and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
5. Develop and maintain procedures for system maintenance, upgrades, and installation of new products
6. Develop and maintain documentation of system processes and procedures
7. Work with the IT team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
8. Research and recommend new technologies that could improve system performance
9. Provide guidance and training to users on system use and maintenance
10. Participate in project management and process improvement initiatives
