Job Description

The Sr Director CRM Program Services at HCA Healthcare is a critical role in our organization, leading our customer relationship management (CRM) program to ensure our customers have the best experience possible. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and take our CRM program to the next level.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of CRM program and services experience, with a strong technical background in customer relationship management, data analysis, and project management. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the customer relationship management (CRM) program to ensure best customer experience
  2. Develop and execute strategies to optimize customer service through the CRM program
  3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and identify opportunities to improve customer service
  4. Develop and implement CRM process improvements
  5. Manage and mentor a team of CRM professionals
  6. Implement best practices for customer service and CRM
  7. Participate in customer service process improvements and initiatives
  8. Develop policies and procedures to ensure customer service excellence
  9. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction
  10. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
