- Collaborate with HR leaders to understand business needs and align talent management strategies accordingly.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on key talent management metrics and their impact on business goals.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to create predictive models and forecast future talent needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR analytics, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track and monitor talent management initiatives.
- Train and support HR team members on how to utilize analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures and conducting regular audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from various HR systems and sources.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate talent management processes.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to talent management and data privacy.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure data sharing and consistency in reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Workforce Analytics, Or Hr Analytics.
Proficiency In Data Analytics Tools And Software, Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Spss.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Succession Planning.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Data And Insights To Various Stakeholders.
