To provide floor support for issue resolution under the supervision of a Team Leader. Handle esclation calls from tier 1 voice agents. Development training to the floor with focus on continuous improvement. Support the individuals providing real time support to achieve metrics pertaining to issue resolution / CSAT. Handle complaints calls from customers and calls escalated by tier 1 support agents to satisfaction (3.) Analyze variation in floor performance, take improvement actions wherever required and track improvement. Prepare reports for the team leader to analyze performance of the individuals
