The Health Care Service Corporation seeks a Director Executive & Corporate Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition team and oversee the recruitment of senior executive and corporate candidates. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team and developing innovative strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent.We are looking for an experienced leader with exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of identifying and placing executive and corporate talent, including experience with employment branding and social media recruitment strategies.
