  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through affiliate partnerships.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with key affiliates in the media industry.
  3. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with affiliates.
  4. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective affiliate marketing campaigns.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates on affiliate performance and revenue.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' affiliate programs.
  8. Proactively seek out new affiliate opportunities and partnerships.
  9. Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with company goals and objectives.
  11. Train and educate internal teams on affiliate program best practices and guidelines.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and target audience.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the affiliate program to maximize revenue and ROI.
  14. Communicate regularly with affiliates to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to promote the company's products and services effectively.
  15. Monitor and adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards related to affiliate marketing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Affiliate Marketing, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Affiliate Networks And Platforms, Such As Cj Affiliate Or Rakuten Marketing.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Affiliates.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Affiliate Marketing Campaigns And Achieving Revenue Targets.
