Are you a fashion and beauty enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital content creation? Look no further! Hearst Corporation is seeking a talented Ecommerce Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and creating engaging ecommerce content for our fashion and beauty brands. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape, excellent writing and editing skills, and a deep knowledge of the fashion and beauty industries. If you are a creative, organized, and driven individual with a love for all things ecommerce, we want to hear from you!

  1. Curate and create engaging ecommerce content for fashion and beauty brands under the Hearst Corporation.
  2. Stay up-to-date on current fashion and beauty trends, including knowledge of popular products, brands, and influencers.
  3. Utilize strong writing and editing skills to produce high-quality and compelling ecommerce content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media posts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and merchandising, to ensure consistent brand messaging and strategy.
  5. Research and identify new and emerging ecommerce trends and opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  6. Use data and analytics to track and analyze the performance of ecommerce content and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Manage and maintain a content calendar for ecommerce content, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
  8. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
  9. Work closely with the ecommerce team to ensure all content is optimized for conversions and drives sales.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape, including best practices for SEO, user experience, and customer journey.
  11. Collaborate with external partners, such as brands and influencers, to create sponsored content and partnerships.
  12. Stay organized and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong understanding of each brand's voice, aesthetic, and values.
  14. Proactively seek out opportunities for growth and improvement in the ecommerce content creation process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Seo And Analytics Tools, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Content Decisions.

  • Excellent Writing And Editing Skills, With A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Adapt Writing Style For Different Audiences.
