  1. Lead and oversee the development of the company's podcast portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with hosts, producers, and creative teams to create compelling and high-quality content.
  3. Use your expertise in podcasting to drive innovative and original ideas for new shows and episodes.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders and experts to stay up-to-date on trends and best practices.
  5. Create and implement strategies to grow and engage our podcast audience.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to promote and market our podcast offerings.
  7. Ensure all podcasts adhere to company brand guidelines and standards.
  8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for the growth of our podcast portfolio.
  9. Lead and train a team of producers, hosts, and other podcast staff.
  10. Stay informed on industry developments and provide recommendations for new opportunities and growth.
  11. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the success of our podcast initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and partnerships, to identify and secure potential partnerships and sponsorships.
  13. Act as a representative for the company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Continuously seek out ways to improve and innovate our podcast offerings.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience Producing And Hosting Podcasts, Preferably In A News Or Media Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Podcast Industry Trends And Best Practices, Including Audience Development And Monetization Strategies.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Write Compelling Podcast Scripts And Conduct Engaging Interviews.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team Of Producers, Editors, And Other Podcast Staff.
