  1. Oversee the production process for all content on Oprah Daily, ensuring high-quality and engaging storytelling.
  2. Collaborate with the editorial team to develop and execute content ideas that align with the overall vision and brand of Oprah Daily.
  3. Manage a team of producers and content creators, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their growth and success.
  4. Work closely with the legendary Oprah Winfrey to bring her vision to life on the digital platform.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the digital landscape to inform and improve content strategy.
  6. Manage the production budget and ensure all projects are completed within budget and on time.
  7. Ensure all content meets company standards for accuracy, style, tone, and brand voice.
  8. Oversee the scheduling and distribution of content across various platforms, including social media.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and design, to create cohesive and impactful content.
  10. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  11. Stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  12. Continuously seek out new ways to innovate and improve the production process and content quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Producing High-Quality, Engaging Content For Digital Media Platforms, Preferably In The Lifestyle Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Producers, Writers, And Editors To Meet Tight Deadlines And Deliver Exceptional Results.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Media Trends And Best Practices, With The Ability To Adapt And Innovate In A Fast-Paced, Ever-Changing Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Other Departments And Stakeholders To Develop And Execute Strategic Content Plans.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Producer Or Editorial Leadership Role.
