
Client Retention Specialist
Heartland Payment Systems is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our clients by providing them with exceptional customer service. You will be a key part of our team, helping to ensure client retention and satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong background in customer service. You should also have an understanding of the payment processing industry and the products and services provided by Heartland Payment Systems. Additionally, you should be highly organized and have the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Provide assistance and support to clients regarding payment processing industry products and services.
- Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to ensure clients' satisfaction.
- Monitor customer accounts for renewal and follow-up as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Research and troubleshoot customer inquiries and complaints.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the payment processing industry and Heartland Payment Systems products and services.
- Remain organized and able to multitask while managing multiple customer accounts.
