Job Description

We are seeking an innovative, driven Product Manager at Heartland Payment Systems to help shape our product strategy and ensure our products meet customer needs. In this role, you will play a key part in driving product initiatives from concept to launch and will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement of existing products.To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in product management, including defining product strategy, managing product life cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Above all, you must be passionate about our products and committed to helping us continue to develop high-quality products that our customers love.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop product strategy and ensure products meet customer needs.
  2. Manage product life cycles.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
  4. Lead product initiatives from concept to launch.
  5. Ensure continuous improvement of existing products.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.
  7. Analyze customer feedback and use data to inform product decisions.
  8. Track progress of product development and manage product roadmap.
  9. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products.
  10. Communicate product offering to internal stakeholders and customers.
