Job Description

The Salesforce Quality Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. The Salesforce Quality Analyst must be able to communicate well with internal associates and 3rd party vendors who have varying technical abilities and strong coordination with our existing Salesforce Developers and Administrators. Analyze business requirements and technical designs for testability and traceability. Participate in test planning, estimating, and scheduling. Develop test plans covering functional, system integration, and regression testing. Design both manual and automated test cases and scripts. Utilize appropriate tools for the development and execution of manual and automated test cases and scripts. Diagnose, document, help troubleshoot, and isolate bugs and issues encountered during testing. Log daily progress and escalate testing issues using the appropriate escalation paths
