We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Finance Manager, Fashion to join the Hermès International team. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for fashion and finance. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record of developing financial strategies and managing financial operations.We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role. The successful candidate should also be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. They should be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.The Finance Manager, Fashion will be responsible for driving the financial planning and budgeting processes for the fashion division and ensuring fiscal integrity. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and operations for the fashion division
• Manage budgeting processes and ensure fiscal integrity
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and files
• Monitor and assess financial performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Provide financial advice and guidance to management
• Manage financial risks and compliance
• Ensure financial policies and procedures are followed
• Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and projections
• Coordinate the preparation of tax returns and other reports related to finance
