
Retail Operations Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Retail Operations Manager to join the Hermès International team. In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Retail Operations to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the store. You will have the opportunity to ensure that all Hermès stores are running smoothly and efficiently, and that customer service and satisfaction are always at the highest level.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail. You must be highly organized and able to take initiative. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, and be knowledgeable in the luxury retail field. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.If you have a passion for retail and want to work in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Head of Retail Operations to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the store.
- Monitor customer service and satisfaction to ensure it is always at the highest level.
- Oversee operations of all Hermès stores to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage staff and delegate tasks to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor store performance and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement.
- Train staff on sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of the luxury retail field and identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
