Job Description

At Hermès International, we are looking for an experienced and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for fashion and a strong eye for detail. We are looking for a professional who is capable of working independently, as well as in collaboration with designers and other staff members. As a Visual Merchandiser at Hermès, you will be responsible for creating an exciting and attractive visual presence in our store.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a related field. You should be knowledgeable in fashion trends and have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be a creative problem solver with an eye for design. Ultimately, you should be able to create a visually appealing environment that will drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute visually appealing merchandising plans for the store, including window displays, product displays, and promotional displays.
  2. Utilize fashion trends and creative problem-solving skills to produce innovative visual displays that maximize sales.
  3. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout that accommodates customer flow.
  4. Ensure visual displays are regularly updated with new merchandise.
  5. Monitor inventory and restock products as needed.
  6. Collaborate with designers and other staff members to ensure visual displays are in line with the brand’s vision and goals.
  7. Remain current on fashion trends and industry news.
  8. Train and mentor junior visual merchandisers.
  9. Work with store management to set and meet visual merchandising goals.
  10. Track and report on visual merchandising performance and sales.
