Manager, IT Risk & Compliance

Develop and maintain corporate information security management system and the corresponding policies. Engage with key business partners to understand business processes, critical data and systems, security risk posture, and risk appetite. Maintain comprehensive view of information security risk, communicate risk to stakeholders and drive compliance to policies and risk appetite. Responsible for management of risk triage and prioritization. Responsible for communicating risk posture to all business unit leaders and product line managers. Liaise with Internal Audit, Corporate Compliance, Office of General Counsel and Risk Management to remediate new and outstanding issues. Track and report security-related issues and maintain an accurate and up dated risk register. Oversee management of security policies, standards and guidelines. Ensure policies are reviewed and updated regularly. Lead ongoing risk and compliance initiatives and monitor control effectiveness.
