Sanitation Coordinator

Hershey is looking for an experienced Sanitation Coordinator who is passionate about ensuring food safety and creating a clean and sanitary environment for all employees. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented and has a proven track record in managing sanitation programs in a food manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to develop and enforce standard operating procedures and coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment • Proven experience with sanitation programs and standard operating procedures• Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Working knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
