Scientist-Quality & Regulatory Compliance-Analytical

The Hershey Company is looking for an experienced Scientist-Quality & Regulatory Compliance-Analytical to join our team and help lead our quality and regulatory compliance efforts. As a key member of Hershey’s Quality & Regulatory Compliance team, this individual will be responsible for developing, validating and executing analytical methods to measure the quality of our products across all stages of the production cycle.In this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in analytical chemistry and related sciences, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build relationships across multiple teams. A successful Scientist-Quality & Regulatory Compliance-Analytical will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, with at least five years of experience in a similar role. Further, you must have a proven track record of developing, validating, and executing analytical methods.
