Responsibilities:

1. Collect vehicles from Hertz Car Rental locations and deliver them to customers’ locations in a timely and safe manner.
2. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations when driving vehicles.
3. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles prior to delivery.
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
5. Troubleshoot any issues with vehicles and provide solutions.
6. Report any vehicle damage or malfunctions to Hertz Car Rental.
7. Monitor vehicle mileage and fuel levels.
8. Fill out paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion.
9. Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
10. Follow all Company policies and procedures.
