Car Wash Attendant

Hertz Car Rental is seeking an enthusiastic and customer service-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team! As a Car Wash Attendant, you will work hard to ensure that our customers have a positive experience when they come to Hertz. You will be responsible for providing a top-notch car wash service and delivering the highest level of customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for making sure each car is sparkling clean. You should also have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Responsibilities: -Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide top-notch car wash services -Inspect vehicles for any damages and note it down before and after car wash services -Ensure that all car wash equipment and supplies are in good working order -Maintain a clean and safe working environment -Follow company safety protocols and procedures -Provide exceptional customer service -Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner -Lift and maneuver heavy equipment -Ensure customer satisfaction -Maintain records of services provided -Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
