- Inspect vehicles for any damages or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate team member for resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized car wash area, including properly disposing of waste and replenishing cleaning supplies.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for safely handling and operating cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have and providing assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely turnaround of rental vehicles, minimizing customer wait times.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints from customers promptly and resolving them to the best of your ability.
- Keep accurate records of all vehicles washed and cleaned, noting any issues or damages that may arise.
- Continuously strive to improve the car washing process and suggest any ideas or solutions for streamlining operations and enhancing customer experience.
Experience In Customer Service: A Car Wash Attendant At Hertz Car Rental Must Have Strong Customer Service Skills To Interact With Customers And Ensure Their Satisfaction.
