- Manage and process customer claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all claims are handled fairly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers regarding their claims and provide updates on the status of their claim.
- Review and analyze documentation to determine the validity of claims.
- Work closely with the claims team to resolve any issues or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing new processes to improve the claims handling process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any customer service issues that may arise during the claims process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of claims while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Claims Or Insurance Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Procedures, Including Claims Handling And Settlement.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Conflicts And Reach Mutually Beneficial Agreements.
Proven Ability To Multitask, Prioritize, And Meet Tight Deadlines In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Work Environment.
