Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Insurance Claims Processing Or Administration.
Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Procedures, Specifically In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills To Effectively Handle Multiple Claims At Once.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Liaise With Customers, Insurance Providers, And Internal Teams.
