Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or A Related Field, Preferably In The Car Rental Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To The Car Rental Industry, Including But Not Limited To Fair Credit Reporting Act, Anti-Money Laundering Laws, And Consumer Protection Laws.
Strong Understanding Of Risk Assessment And Management, As Well As The Ability To Develop And Implement Compliance Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Regulatory Agencies.
