Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Corporate Training Or Teaching In A Professional Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Diverse Groups.
Knowledge Of The Automotive Industry And Experience In Sales Or Customer Service Training Is Preferred.
